This program works for the information, education and mobilization of Palestinian youth and works with them for launching different campaigns and initiatives, using different tools, and executing different activities to raise awareness and become advocates for Just Peace.

JAI trains 18 girls from Jerusalem in the Palestinian cause and Int. Law

The JAI has organized a two-day training course, on the 26th and 27th of November 2015 in Beit Sahour, for 18 girls from through the YWCA of Jerusalem.

The first day of the training focused on the history of the Palestinian cause and main turn points, including the Belfore declaration, British mandate, the Catastrophe in 1948, the 1967 war and occupation, first and second Intifada's (uprisals), the Oslo agreement, until achieving a UN non-member state lately. This included group discussion on where to go from here, on the local, regional and international levels.

The second day focused on the International Law principles, and how they can be applied in Palestine, in the Palestinian context, and serve the Palestinian cause with the Israeli occupation and violations on the ground. This also included introducing the Palestinian law, with the decleration of independence, and the Palestinian constitution. Brain-storming, workshops and practical discussion groups, film screening, and role playing were organized and practiced. The last session included International Law and International Humaneterian Law, the Roma Convension and International Criminal Court.
