This program works for the information, education and mobilization of Palestinian youth and works with them for launching different campaigns and initiatives, using different tools, and executing different activities to raise awareness and become advocates for Just Peace.
A training program was organized by the JAI, for Palestinian youth activists of the YWCA Bethlehem. The training was for 14 youth on two days, the 9th and 21st of September 2017.
The first day was on the Boycott-Divestment-Sanctions (BDS): its goals, importance as a non-violent mean of struggle practiced by the Palestinian and international community against Israel until it ends its occupation.
On the second day, the youth were trained on advocacy mechanisms and tools to lobby for the Palestinian cause, including media, social media, campaigns and others. They were trained on carrying out advocacy campaigns and initiatives.
