Two JAI-trained girls, Amna and Marie, together with the JAI Olive Tree Campaign officer, had a week visit to the JAI's partner Nørre Nissum Efterskole in Denmark, from the 25th of November to the 2nd of December 2017.
Their week included the girls' meeting, chatting, giving presentation to the students about their life under occupation and Israeli violation of their rights as Palestinian teens. They build friendships with several school students, mostly the Global class who will be visiting Palestine with the JAI in March 2018.
Amna and Marie joined the Danish students at their classes, activities, and went for home stays at two families over the week end. Several presentations were also given by the girls and Muhannad at some other private and public schools around. A session was also arranged where they meet with many of the school' previous global students, who were to Palestine, for some updates.
Other sessions were also arranged to present the Palestinian culture to the Danish students, where a Palestinian meal was prepared and some Dabka folklore dance show was performed.
