On Friday the 27th of October 2017, the JAI organized a picking activity for the staff and volunteers of the Quartet office in Jerusalem, at a threatened field of Mazin Obaidallah, in the village of Wad Fukin, west of the Bethlehem area.
The activity aimed at supporting and providing protective presence for farmers in such area and village that is surrounded by the two Israeli colonies (settlements) and is frequently subjected to settlers' attacks, especially during the olive harvest season.
