YMCA Youth Group Ramadan breakfast

The YMCA Youth for Peace and Development group includes youth from both genders and religions, so as to reflect the social structure in the Bethlehem area. In this sense, with an initiative from the Christian youth in the group towards their Muslim ones, a group Ramadan breakfast was organized on Thursday the 12th of October.

The invitation included the EJ YMCA Rehabilitation Program clients. After the breakfast, the EJ YMCA Advocacy Women Group and the Youth Group families were invited to join a musical concert at the YMCA hall, followed by entertaining games.

Such activities aim towards the enhancement of the cooperation' spirit among the various groups at the YMC, as well as the participation of youth from both religions in each other's celebrations, in order to strengthen the bounds and enhance the group work, to better advocate for their rights and life.
