Nidal Abuzuluf, the JAI Manager was invited to take part in the Korsvei festival between July the 19th and 24th to make presentations on the Palestinian Kairos document and the Palestinian Christians. Nidal who was accompanied by the Communications Officer of the Palestinian Christian Initiative made two presentations on the history of the Document and its impact both locally and internationally with a focus on the church related responses and reactions.
Nidal Also took part in a seminar on Life in Gaza and responded to questions made by the audience who mounted some 100 in total.
This visit was also used as an opportunity to address the participants with the expected actions that they may take, as well as promoting the Olive Tree Campaign and the "Come and See" as tools of solidarity with the Palestinians.
Nidal has also met the Board of Korsvei and discussed mutual issues including the possibility to support the Olive Tree Campaign in the coming Festivals.
In response to the massacre committed against the Norwegians in July 22nd Nidal took part in two mass activities in Oslo in remembrance of the victims of that attack.
Beyond the visit to the Korsvei festival a two day visit was made to Y Global to discuss the GoCY Program and the mutual future plans.
